Oaxaca on wheels is a catering food truck company started in 2014 by two brothers. GENARO AND JOEL CFRUZ.
Before launching their own brand Genaro and Joel spent more than 10 years working in restaurant and food industry where they learned the foundation of high_volume service, consistency and professional hospitality then in 2014 they toot the leap and created Oaxaca on wheels bringing authentic Oaxacan flavor to street, festivals and many sport and catering events in Southern California.
as the business grew up, so did their vision. in 2023 the cruz brothers opened Oaxaca village, a brick-and-mortar restaurant that continues to celebrate Oaxacan cuisine, culture, and community.
today their group of brands includes Oaxaca on wheels, Oaxaca on wheels and California smash burgers. all operating with the same commitment to quality and service.
